Friendster is now a social gaming portal and i hate it. i'm not into social gaming (no, my sorry excuse for an internet connection doesn't factor into this. right.) and they deleted ALL my albums! i had been thinking of moving all my pictures to Facebook or just saving them, then this happened! they deleted an antire album of Brandon Boyd and the pics from their 2009 Light Grenades Tour concert that i went to! They didn't even call out a warning! =P

about now, i just had this mental sunrise and realized that the Friendster accounts for our high school barkada and high school batch got "reinvented" too! the testimonials on there are priceless! i knew it. i should've print screened everything when i had the chance!

aaaaand, prolly as an afterthought, they sent me an email today telling me what i already found out the hard way, saying that it was done a couple of weeks ago. it goes on to say that "The beta version was well received."   uh, m'kay. and this was based on what again?

i still can't get over it. i had pictures on there that i was not able to save because it thought it would be safer on the net just in case my hard drive will crash, but noooooo. i had been holding off deleting the account for sentimental reasons, because after all it pioneered social networking, and i don't know if i said it already, i had old pictures on there.

Count me out.
