Something new i learned today. The english term for kinilaw is Ceviche. As per Wiki, Ceviche is raw fish marinated in citrus juices. Well, kinilaw uses vinegar but it still has the same objective i think. Po-tay-toe/ po-tah-toh, still the same banana. lol
Now i'm hungry.
